1. Bend the elbows! — even just a thumb in the pocket creates space between your arm and torso.
  2. Soft Hands — hold hands with gentle fingertip contact, rather than clenched palms. This lets you adjust naturally as you move and keep each photo looking natural.
  3. Gentle Motion — taking a spin or a step forward/back helps loosen stiff poses. All those small casual movements keeps your posture natural and candid.
  4. Surface Tension — take a deep breath to relax your tongue, jaw and shoulders.
